We choose to house our design studio within a coworking space 'Co.Co Place' in Mornington, enabling us to offer our clients a welcoming and modern space to meet. We are surrounded by other relevant businesses and professionals that assist in creating a seamless flow of work. Such as marketing specialists, landscape designers, business experts, graphic designers and small business owners whom keep us to date with current trends, business insights and collaboration opportunities.

David Thomas - Founder & Director
Certified Passive House Designer
David has been the Owner and Director of d3 for 18 years and has over 28 years experience in the building industry, working with some of Melbourne's most renowned architects, designers and builders. All of his knowledge and experience is now forwarded onto d3 staff and clients. David is well regarded for his strong working relationships which are of fundamental importance, maintaining a unique close involvement with all d3 projects. Living on the Mornington Peninsula with his wife and three children, David is passionate about creating lifestyle homes within the stunning surrounds of the Peninsula.

Jordan Williams -Building
Designer/ Interior Designer
Jordan has been a member of the d3 team for 6 years. Jordan started with us in 2017 as a casual while she was still in school, but then graduated, and she is now full time. Jordan provides a great energy in the office and a new perspective on the design process. Jordan is passionate about interior design and design itself.
